October till December Fabcoat Australia abrasive blasted and paint all the structural steel and tower for the Sundrop Farms Solar Tower, The scope of this project was to Abrasive Blast the sections including the structural steel, metalize spray flanges, prime top coat and details all the painted areas. This project spanned over two months and was delivered in sections to site, the gloss units required on the tower were very high as seen in the slide, this tower was the first of its kind in Australia and has set a standard for all to follow in the renewable energy sector.
